Personality/Background:
    Cocky and loud-mouthed, Neo is the current (self-appointed) leader of the Gold Field raiders. Overly confident with a side of vanity, he likes to think he's a huge hit with the ladies (he is not) and loves to flirt. He always tries too hard to be cool and since he isn't that smart, he just comes off looking like a moron. He's lived out in the Gold Fields all his life and became the lead raider when the last one kinda up and vanished. Most assume the guy's dead by now. Neo chooses not to stage dangerous raids, instead he travels to pretty much every town in close proximity to vandalize things and disturb the peace. He has made several friends in his travels, hence why he loves to do it. Once you get past his cocky outer crust, he is actually very sweet and cares deeply about his friends and family. But he won't admit that, he's too cool and slick to love.

Relationships:
    He's best bros with Tank and Bantam, since all three of them lack brain cells and like to smash things. They form a trio of Dumb, Dumb, and Dumber, and cause more explosions than a Micheal Bay film. Good times are had by all.
    Since they are both overly competitive and crass, he gets along very well with Snapdragon, and they have many competitions of bad-assery. They like to dare each other a lot, which usually ends with an injury and a few colorful words. 
    His relationship with Serenity is kinda strange. They're friends, they tease each other a lot, and Neo likes to hit on her. She usually just gives him a dirty look and floats him away with her magic. He's not a smooth flirt and she has no problem letting him know it.
    He's on good terms with his family, and his sister lives at the camp with him. They get along okay, but are complete opposites of each other, so they find it hard to relate.

Other:
 - Neo always wears his "manly" scarf. The little bow on it was given to him as a baby by his big sister. At the time, it was supposed to be a joke, but he's worn that dumb bow all his life
 
 -  He was named after Neapolitan ice cream, because of his white and brown fur and the pink bow. His parents couldn't think of a name, so one of them jokingly said "Neapolitan" and the other one was like Neo could actually work as a name. Them his mom would have said no I like Nemo

 - Despite his cow heritage, he's pretty small. He isn't very happy about this

 - He doesn't seem to be able to earn a cutie mark. He isn't bothered by this, he claims that it's good not to be tied down to one destiny
