Black Ice was one of the first pony OCs I ever designed. She was the classic Nightmare Moon ripoff villain, complete with a lame ass backstory and pretty much no personality at all. I hadn't attached her to any project, so I guess that's why I never really invested any time into expanding on this character, but I was going through a bunch of old drawings and I realized I'd been drawing her about once a year. Most of the designs look more or less the same, so I changed up the most recent one. Tried to make her more bear-like and bulky so she'd be less like Nightmare and more like an arctic animal. It's kind of hard to tell, but she has a thick neck mane and coat, like a polar bear. 
She's in a thing I'm working on now, so I'll probably keep tweaking her design, and I'm definitely going to work on coming up with a proper backstory and personality for her. I'm sure she'll still be a lame villain, but hopefully less so than before. 

What do you guys think? Which design is the most heinous?
